Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales concluded between Maison Inzi (operated by LVMS Co SRL) and any consumer (as defined by the Belgian Code of Economic Law), via the website www.maison-inzi.com, for both B2B and B2C transactions.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation.

Products
The products offered are described with the utmost care. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly due to the artisanal nature of the product or screen settings.

Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in euros, excluding taxes, and will be subject to applicable taxes on the invoice date.

Payment must be made upon receipt of invoice, by bank transfer (or another accepted payment method), within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the invoice.
Any delay in payment will automatically incur, without prior notice, late payment penalties in accordance with Article L441-10 of the Commercial Code, along with a flat-rate collection fee of €40.

Orders
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Maison Inzi reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute or product unavailability.

Delivery
We deliver in Belgium and to other EU countries.

The average delivery time is 3 business days unless stated otherwise.
Maison Inzi cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days without having to justify their decision.
• The withdrawal period starts on the day the goods are received.
• To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision via email to info@maison-inzi.com within the given period.
• Returned items must be sent in their original condition, at the customer’s expense, to the address provided.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products (Article VI.53 CDE).

Withdrawal – Returns & Refunds
Under Article VI.53, 4° of the Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that may spoil or expire quickly, such as food products, including coffee.
Therefore, no returns or refunds are accepted for food items, unless there is a proven non-conformity or error on our part (wrong product, damaged item, etc.).
In such cases, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing the necessary evidence (photos, description of the issue, order number).
If the claim is valid, we will offer an exchange, store credit, or refund.

Legal Guarantees
In accordance with Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for delivered goods, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
For perishable goods, the conformity guarantee applies within the best-before date (BBD) or use-by date (UBD) indicated on the product, provided storage conditions were respected after delivery.
Any complaint regarding non-conformity or a visible defect must be made within a reasonable timeframe, along with relevant proof (photos, batch number, etc.). After this period, no complaint will be accepted for perishable items where inspection or return is no longer possible.
In the case of a confirmed issue, the customer may receive a replacement or refund.

Liability
Maison Inzi cannot be held liable for indirect damages or improper use of the product.
In any case, total liability is limited to the value of the order.

Personal Data
All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Maison Inzi commits to never sharing your data with third parties.
Customers may exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion) by emailing info@maison-inzi.com.

Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, trademarks, logo, design) is protected by intellectual property rights and remains the property of LVMS Co – Maison Inzi.
Any reproduction or use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
If no agreement can be reached, the French-speaking courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
